Short answers to what clients ask, screen by screen. If yours is not here, message us; a person replies within one working day.
Dashboard
Your campaigns on the ad network, this month: clicks against target, the visitors who arrived on your pages, and the results our tag recorded, under the name you chose in Settings (inquiries, bookings, partner referrals and so on).
Figures refresh through the day from the ad network's reports. They are not real time: a click can take an hour or two to appear.
Dashboard
A click is counted by the ad network when someone taps the ad. A visitor is counted by our tag when your page has actually loaded. Slow pages, closed tabs and bots sit in the gap. A gap under a third is normal; over a half usually means a slow page or the tag is missing.
With no tag on your pages the visitor and outcome figures read 'none recorded', not zero: nothing was counted, not nothing happened.
New campaign
A person at The Fifteen reads it: the page loads, the picture is sharp, the headline reads on a phone, the audience makes sense. You hear back within one working day — approved, or one change asked for.
After approval it is built on the ad network and goes live within three working days, or on the start date you set. The network reviews every ad too; if it asks for a change, we tell you in plain words with its reason.
New campaign
We do, from your page and your brief. Every campaign gets its own audience, built from the signals that fit it: people already researching the trip, what they search for, the emails they open, what they read, where they live, their age. You see the plan in plain words on Audiences before anything runs, and you can tell us who you want in the box on the form.
Two signals, people who came back and people like the ones who inquired, only work when the campaign lands on an advertorial page we build and host: that is how we see who came back and who inquired.
Tracking
Yes, in your own ad accounts. On Tracking, give us your Meta pixel id, Google Ads conversion id, LinkedIn partner id or TikTok pixel id. On your ads, the ad network fires your pixel on every impression and click of every campaign we build from then on, so your Meta or Google audience fills with everyone who saw or clicked. On a page we host, your pixels load once the reader says yes (the UK and Europe ask first; elsewhere a notice and an opt-out), with a page view, a read and a lead event, so you can reach the people who read but did not ask and leave out the ones who did.
Clicks through to your own site arrive tagged utm_source=thefifteen, so an audience rule on that string in Meta or Google Analytics catches them with your existing pixels. We keep none of the audience data: it builds in your accounts, under your own privacy policy. No charge.
Leads
Add the Meta Conversions API as a route on Leads: your pixel id and an access token from Events Manager. Each lead goes to Meta as a Lead event with the email, phone and name hashed the way Meta asks, and the reference as the event id, so a retry never counts twice. Meta can then exclude the people who asked and find people like them. Nothing is kept here, and the typed words never go.
Audiences
The audience we built for one campaign, written as a short list: each line is one way the ad network finds people, in plain words. It is written when we build the campaign and changed when the results say so.
The lines are kinds of people, never names: nothing in a plan uses a list of names, and no line ever names another brand.
Audiences
On Audiences, add a list. Paste or upload email addresses; the page scrambles every one in your browser before anything is sent, so neither we nor the ad network ever see an address. Then pick the list under 'Leave out' on the create form.
The ad network matches lists of 1,000 or more. A smaller list is kept here and goes across when it grows.
Campaigns
Yes. Open it with the pencil, change what you need and send. The running campaign keeps going exactly as it is until we have approved the change and made it on the ad network; the card shows the change is with us.
Campaigns
Pause stops the ads on the ad network. Resume starts them again. While our connection to the network is set up by hand, a pause is a request: we do it within the working day and the card says 'requested' until then.
Campaigns
Use Duplicate on the campaign card: the create form opens filled in, and you change the trip, the headline and the page. Or, when creating a campaign, tick other trips under 'Also make this for' to send one campaign per trip in one go.
Campaigns
On a campaign's first two days we read the ad network every hour and show today's clicks so far against the day's share of your target: early, not delivering, behind, on pace, ahead. 'Not delivering' after three hours usually means the network's review is still running; we are told at the same time you are.
Shared report
Anyone with the link, no sign-in, until you turn the link off. It shows the figures, never your billing or your team. The same link also serves a widget for your own intranet and a data feed (JSON or CSV) for a spreadsheet.
Billing
Prepaid accounts hold credit; each day's clicks are charged at that campaign's price per click, desktop and mobile. When credit runs low you get an email; when it runs out, campaigns pause until it is topped up. Managed accounts are invoiced monthly against an order.
Bank transfer at first; card payments arrive later. Every top-up and charge is on the Billing page.
Campaigns
You set it: on a new campaign as you create it, and on any campaign with Change, under its price. Desktop and mobile each have their own. A new campaign starts at your default price, shown on the Billing page.
A higher price wins more of the places your ad can show; a lower one costs less per click and usually brings fewer. Each campaign's markets have a lowest price, and a price can come down by up to 40% at a time.
A change starts at the next midnight, so today's clicks stay at today's price and you're never charged a new price for a click bought before it. Every day's charge is on the Billing page.
Add-ons
Work beyond the campaign: an advertorial page we build and host, tracking set up on your site, creative sets, conversion handling. If we manage your campaigns, advertorial pages are included. Otherwise each is priced per job: ask, and you have a quote within one working day; nothing starts until you approve it.
Messages
A person replies within one working day; the page says the current reply time. The assistant answers simple questions straight away and never states your account's figures — those come from the screens.
Tracking
One line of script on your pages counts arrivals and, on your thank-you pages, outcomes. It stores no address and sets no cookie: a visitor is a scrambled fingerprint of address, browser and day. It never reads forms.
A click from your page to one of the partner sites you list on the Tracking screen counts as a partner referral; clicks to other sites are not kept. Our ad links also carry Google Analytics tags, so our visitors show as one line (thefifteen / paid_native) in your own analytics.
No tag, no visitor or outcome figures. If you would rather not touch your site, ask for a page we host with the tag on it.
Team
Owner: everything, including billing, the team and the terms. Editor: campaigns. Viewer: look only. Billing: billing and invoices. A finance contact gets invoices by email without a sign-in.
Inviting someone and changing billing ask for two-factor first; turn it on from the Team page.
Settings
Settings → Sign-in. A password change asks for the current one. Two-factor uses any authenticator app; the Team page's sensitive actions ask for a code.
Settings
Your organisation's, set on Settings by an owner. 'Today' and the daily rows follow it; the ad network's own day may differ by a few hours at the edges.
Help
The status page at /status shows each part of the service and any incident we have written up. It is public and needs no sign-in.
