Every figure on this site is a raw number from our records, rendered as it is. Three of the four travel clients asked not to be named; the fourth is on the record. Nothing is rounded to flatter, and where there is no booking figure we say so rather than invent one.
Reach, the narrowing, the result. The same three lines for every client.
The first figure is the largest honest number: people who opened a competitor’s email. The second is the audience we actually reached. The third is what they did when they arrived, counted in the client’s own system.
Three clients asked not to be named. The named one is a flights seller in Australia; the two US and UK briefs are in travel but under NDA, and the figures are theirs.
Three numbers, and the second is the one we are paid for.
Most media reporting stops at the first line and calls it reach. We publish all three because the gap between them is the work: the narrowing is the fifteen, and the result is whether reaching it was worth your money.
The people who opened a competitor's email in the last 90 days. A behavior, not a demographic, and the largest honest number in the funnel.
Of those, the ones searching for the thing you sell, within reach of the departure point it leaves from. This is the audience your offer is put in front of.
What they did when they arrived: an inquiry, a quote request, a booking. Counted in your system, not ours, because the client owns the conversion.
We cannot tell you we caused the booking.
Nobody honestly can. The gap between someone reading an advertisement and someone paying you is not measurable, and a partner who claims otherwise is selling you a number they cannot show their working for.
What we report is what we can stand behind: who we reached, on what signal, where the money ran, and what they did when they arrived. That is a smaller claim than the one you will hear elsewhere. It is also the only one you can check, and every campaign we run publishes it on a live page →
The method is travel-first, not travel-only.
The same approach has run in three other consumer categories, with the same three lines reported. Those briefs are not published here because this site is for travel brands, and we would rather show you the ones that look like your business. The others are available on a call.
Three months to show results against your numbers, not ours. Then it is your call: another three months, or three years. Tell us what you sell and where, and we will tell you honestly whether the travelers you need are out there.
