Team

Someone in finance who receives invoices, statements, top-up receipts and credit warnings by email, without a login.

Which emails you get from the portal. Off here means off for you only; the rest of your team keep theirs.

• Campaign live

A campaign starts running on the ad network for the first time.

• Campaign paused

A campaign is paused on the ad network by us or by the network. Not when you paused it yourself, and not when the page check or the credit did (those have their own emails).

• Campaign resumed

A paused campaign starts running again.

• Nearing target

A live campaign reaches 80% of its click target. Once per campaign.

• Target reached

A campaign delivers its click target.

• Behind pace

Once a day at most, after three days of running, when the projection is under 95% of the target.

• Page down

The landing-page check reads a live campaign's page as down twice in a row and pauses it.

• Credit low

The organisation's credit falls under its low-credit line. Once per crossing.

• Approved

Staff approves a campaign a client sent for review.

• A change needed

Staff asks for a change on a campaign a client sent for review.

• A change is needed

When the network pushes a rejection: the client hears it from us, in plain words, with the network's reason.

• Your order

The client is sent an order to approve in the portal.

• Credit added

Staff records a top-up that has landed.

• Invoice

An invoice sent to the client and their finance contact.

• Monthly statement

The 1st of the month, once the month's figures are final.

• Invoice overdue

A gentle reminder once an invoice passes its due date. Finance contacts hear it too.

• Your quote

We quoted an add-on; the client approves it in the portal.

• Your add-on

A job moved: in build, in review (a preview), live, or declined.

• A reply from The Fifteen

Staff replied to a client's message.

• Your account

Sent to an organisation's people when staff close its account, before their sign-ins are removed.

• New inquiry

A visitor sent the form on a page we host for the client.

• What to change

The daily check found something new to change: a weaker ad, a slower pace, an audience, device or market that underperforms, clicks that do not arrive.

• Your month

The 1st of the month: last month's figures, one line per campaign, the campaigns that finished. Off from the Team page.

• Your page is live

A page the client built was checked and published (or their changes to a live page were).

• One change needed

We checked a page the client built and asked for a change before it goes live.

• Testing two versions

A test of two versions of a page started (the client asked, or we started it).
